He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hetrick and Florence Hetrick (Lingenfelter); his wife Marjorie Ellen Michael; his grandson Ryan Scott Evans; and his siblings, Zelma Simpson, Dorie Long, Wayne, Ronald, Arnie, David, Clark, Raymond, Eugene and Walter.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Hetrick (Carol) of Fredericksburg, VA, Derry Hetrick (Holly) of Clarion, PA, Cindy Evans (Gary) of Brookville, PA and Penny Hetrick of Bradenton, FL; his grandchildren, David (Jonathan Hetrick), Aaron Evans of Erie, PA, Christy Steed, Matthew, Jeremy (Erica Hetrick) and Juan Pablo (Tomas Isaza); his great grandchildren, Lily, Noah, Emma Hetrick, Bryce, Easton Hetrick, Gwendolyn, Cassandra, Gabriel, Tensley and Helena Isaza of Colombia; and his brother Fred Hetrick of Erie, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
