He is survived by: his significant other Peggy Lee; his children, Donita Harpster of Northumberland, PA and Shane Carper of Sunbury, PA; his grandchildren, Brandon Kalcich of Claymont, DE, Erika Harpster of Lock Haven, PA, Jaden of Sunbury, PA, Macy of Sunbury, PA, Teagan of Sunbury, PA and Allison Carper of Sunbury, PA; his great grandchild Caiden Kalcich of Middleburg, PA; his sister-in-law Patsy Conant (Jim); his niece Marcy Klingaman (Brad); his great-nephew Hunter Cruz of Mesa, AZ; his nephew Michael Miller (Amber) of Bonner, MT; his siblings, Kenneth Bailey of Telluride, CO, David Carper of Wills Point, TX, Terry Carper of Carrolton, TX, Cindy Carper of Detroit, MI and Lisa Carper of California; his close friends, George, Kathy Griebel, Rob and Shirley Painter; and his pet Willie.
