He was predeceased by: his father Robert D. Burnham. He is survived by: his daughter Katie E. Burnham of Clarion; his mother Linda M. Burnham (Reed) of Corsica; and his brothers, Robert H. Burnham of Corsica and Brian J. Burnham of Corsica. He is also survived by his numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
