He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lutz and Doris Lutz (Lord); his siblings, Mary Snyder and Dale Lutz; and also Charles Ingalls.
He is survived by: his significant other Andrea Shamp; his children, William "Bill" Lutz of Corry, Penni Schaefer (Steven Passerell) of Rock Creek, OH. and Amy Peterson (Raymond) of Sparatansburg; his grandchildren, Courtney Crocker, Devin Schaefer, Tyler Schaefer (Natasha Mazella), McKayla Bryan (Zachary) and Noah Peterson (Kayann); and his stepson Ronald Fullerton (Stephanie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
