Shade (Sizemore); his children, Phillip Shade (Heather Stewart), Douglas, Matthew, Gregory, Harper, Greyson, Londyn, Campbell, Raelynn, Brynlee, Kenzley, Jasper, Abigal, Ethan and David; his daughter-in-law Lesley; his children, Charissa (Joseph Ketcherside), Max, Will, Eden, Calvin, Charleston, Isabella, Soren, Michael, Grace, Nathan, Daniel, Jael, Isaiah, Julia, Jacob, Ruby, Maria and Jonathan Mathis (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Jr. and Riley. He is also survived by five children, 21 grandchildren and 16 great Grandchildren.
