He is survived by: his wife Lola Eileen Sanden Proctor; his children, William Clair "Buzz" Proctor of Corry, Jack C. Hewitt (Kelly) of Union City, Steven A. Proctor (Angela) of Waterford, Sandra Chelton (James) of Corry and Julie Sekol (Matthew) of Walnutport; his siblings, Mercena Shannon of Corry, Laura Savko of Corry, Lila Proctor (Ken Lohiser) of Erie and Donald Proctor (Toyoko) of Fairfax; his sister-in-law Mary Yoder Proctor of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Carrie Munsee (David), Kimberly Chelton (Nate Capela), Kevin Chelton (Karina), Robert Hewitt, Kyle Hewitt, Dylan Proctor, Laekynn Proctor, Navier Ball, Nora Sekol, Anna Sekol and Liam Sekol. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
