He is survived by: his wife Marcella Lowe Rooney; his children, Bonnie Stanley (Joseph) of Norfolk, VA and Robert Rooney of Corry; and his siblings, Roberta Snyder of Corry, Tom and Jerry Rooney of Jamestown, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
