With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Mae Funk of Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 6, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wohlers and Rosa Maye Thomas Wohlers; and her husband Lewis Adam Funk. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Breth (David Swanson) of Crossville, TN., Wanda Funk Johnson (Todd) of Bear Lake and John Funk of Clymer, NY.; her stepchildren, Betty Funk Welch (Dennis) of Stephens City, VA. and George Adam Funk of Georgia; and her siblings, Carolyn Wholers and George "Bucky" Wholers of Starbrick. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
