He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gordon Sandberg and Mary Sandberg Peterson; his sister Lynne Sandberg Henry; and his mother-in-law Kathy Ongley Slocum. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Slocum Sandberg; his sons, Kyle Robert Sandberg (Jessica) of Corry, Dr. Kurtis Michael Sandberg (Hannah) of Simpsonville, Andrew Gordon Sandberg of Spartansburg, PA and Matthew James Sandberg; his siblings, Julie Sandberg Myler of Warren, PA, Bruce Sandberg (Kathi) of Aurora, CO and RoseAnne Sandberg Whaley (Rick) of Corry; his brother-in-law David Henry of Union City, PA.; and his grandchildren, Luca, Nico Sandberg of Corry, PA, Mary, Clara and Nora Sandberg of Simpsonville.
