He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elmer "Bud", Esther Schultz (Kress), Fred and Lillian Wallace (Pettengill). He is survived by: his wife Sharon of French Creek; his children, Bethany Jackson (Douglas), Joshua Wallace (Christine), Jeremiah Wallace (Jillian) and Rebekah Wallace; his grandchildren, Adelie, Mikaela, Isaac Jackson, Teagan Wallace, Eloise and Paden Wallace; his parents, Melvin Wallace and Judy Wallace; his sister Kimberly McCray (Terry) of Sherman, N. Y.; his nephews, Charles and Jonathan McCray; his niece Heather Genthner (Jacob); his great-nephew Elijah; and his uncle William Schultz.
He passed in the presence of family at UPMC Hamot hospital after a long, difficult battle with COVID-19.
