She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur V. Cochran and Helen McClintock Cochran. She is survived by: her husband William A. Mitchell; her sister Carol M. Sebenick; her children, Leigh Anne Mitchell (John Rankin) of Corry, William A. Mitchell II (Kerry Pondel) of Corry and Keith Mitchell (Cheryl) of Edinboro; her sisters-in-law, Susan Sperry (Michael Sperry) of Spring Creek, Bonnie Mitchell of Corry and Kathleen Mitchell of Corry; her grandchildren, Willie, Carlie, Garrett, Austin, Dylan, Logan, Erin and Sara; her godchildren, John Sheehan and Lynn Barstow; and her friend Sharon Copenhaver. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews; many special friends.
Due to CDC regulations, masks and social distancing will be required.
