He was predeceased by: his siblings, Doris Delooze and Charles Capper; and his father Charles B. Capper. He is survived by: his wife Janet Capper (Walker) of Corry, PA; his children, Luann Rushin (Tony) of Alpharetta, GA, Lori Rosenbaum (James) of Millcreek, PA, John Myers (Jan) of Henderson, NV, Michelle Morris (Larry) of Houston, TX, Charles Capper (Michelle) of Lawrence Park, PA, Rebecca Banghart (John) of Washington, DC and Robert Capper (Brenda) of Wilmington, PA; and his brother David Capper (Carol) of Australia. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Beaverdam Mennonite Church.
