Shaffer Sr. (Cindy); his sons, Bishop of Bradford, PA and Ridley Shaffer of Bradford, PA; his sisters, Nicole Karl-Lebrenz (Jacob) of Olean, NY, Chenel Cowher (Kevin), Chelsea Cowher (Phillip) and Eden Warfield; and his stepfather Duane Cowher of Bradford, PA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
