He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Winters and Devota Bogart Winters. He is survived by: his wife Carol Deniker; his children, Lory Martinez (Mike) of Millington, TN, Penny Shoup (Kevin) of Polk, Michele Steim (Randy) of Jackson Center and Brian McCormick (Sue) of Corry; his siblings, Linda Craig (Ray) and Charles Winters (Jackie) of Bloomsburg; and his former wife Lucille Baker of Franklin. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral home will have social distancing protocols in place and strongly recommends those who are attending to wear masks.
