He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrin Kinney and Mildred Schwinderman Kinney. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Cmiel Kinney; his brother Rolland J. Kinney; his children, Diane Swalley (Jim) of Harborcreek and Rick Kinney of Tennessee; and his cousin Paul Duke of Erie.
