He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pauline McCauley Williams and Arlo Contracting; his former wife Norma Newhouse Williams; his son Steve Williams; his brother Larry Williams; his wife Ruth C. Clayton McCaslin; his children, Kathleen Oesch (John) of Spartansburg, Jackie Miller (Tom) of Florida and Mike Williams (Robin) of Corry; and his stepchildren, Kathy Rhodes (George, Kay Wade), Marsha McCaslin of Union City, Lynn McCaslin (Maureen) of Cambridge Springs and Scott McCaslin (Brenda) of North East. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
