He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Heybeck Phelps; his children, Tammy McCray (Reed) of Corry, Susan Eger (Jim Whiteley) of Columbus, Cindy Bachko of Corry and Todd Phelps of Corry; and his brother Howard Phelps (Judy) of Union City. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
