He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew McKeta and Mary McKeta (Kolanowski); his wife Barbara McKeta (Gibas); and his sister Patricia Carlson (McKeta). He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Jordan (Brian) of Corry, PA and Julie Mineo (Bob) of Corry, PA; his siblings-in-law, Ann Gibas of Corry, PA and Bruce Carlson (Lorrie) of Jamestown, NY.; his grandchildren, Ashton, Sydney Mineo, Justin Jordan (Megan) and Dr. Molly Hajac (David); and his great grandchildren, Kinsleigh Jordan and Jack Hajac.
