He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Dombrowski and Jenny Dombrowski (Elchynski). He is survived by: his wife Pat Dombrowski (Wilson); his daughters, Danielle Dombrowski of Corry, PA, Michelle Richards of Lilburn, GA and Shana Dombrowski of Ohio; his brother David Dombrowski (Jenna) of Steubenville, OH; and his grandchildren, Ryan and Kara. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Civil Air Patrol- Development Dept., P.O. Box 9251, Montgomery, AL 36108.
