He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Amy and Florence Amy (Rogers); his former wife Gloria Sullivan; his son Raymond Amy (Larry); his daughter-in-law Debi; and his siblings, Dorothy and Merle (Buck).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Gloria; his brother Buck; his aunt Mildred; his children, Dave-Inman S. C., Bruce (Corry), Kevin (Corry) and Colleen Amy Rambish (Corry); his daughter-in-law Cheryl; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Alicia, Kyle, Monica, Charles, Erik, Chad, Shannon, Christopher, Justin, Kurtis, Tyler, Shanie, Trevor, Alexis, Petra, Jennifer, Craig and Natalie.
