It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Jean Kirov (Corry, Pennsylvania), born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Richard Smith; her siblings, Patti Rafalowski and Robert Smith; and her uncle Dick Daniels. She is survived by: her mother Donnetta Coleman Smathers of Corry; her son Greyson Kirov of Corry; her brother Mike Smith; and her aunt Shirley Daniels of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
