With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul J. Griebel of Corry, Pennsylvania, born in Lucinda, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 24, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Griebel and Loretta Griebel (Ochs); his wife Sarah "Sally" Vogelbacher; his daughter Paula Griebel; and his siblings, Inez Gerhard, Marie Wells, George and Leonard Griebel.
He is survived by: his children, Joan Allen (Brad) of Corry, Jan Burrows of Corry and Alan Griebel of Corry; and his siblings, Jane Gossett of Pinellas Park, FL., Ruth Smith of Boston, MA., John Griebel (Jeanette) of Erie, PA., Louis Griebel (Kay) of Nashua, NH and Ronald Griebel (Rose). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
