He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Milton, Marry Jaquith, John "JJ" and Fannie Keppel; his aunt Marlene Clark; and his uncles, Jim Keppel, Dennis and Rick Jaquith.
He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Jaquith and Kathleen Keppel Jaquith of Corry, PA.; his brothers, Andrew Jaquith (Leytha) of Corry, PA, Stephen Jaquith (Dawn) of Corry, PA and Jason Jaquith of Erie, PA; and his aunts and uncles, Caroline Rose (Rick), Anna Majors (Steven), Ronald Jaquith and Mike Keppel (Alberta). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
