She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Shields and Irene Hoitink Shields; her husband Bud Hockenbery; and her siblings, Connie Shields and Jack Shields.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Swanson (Brad) of Corry, Julie Grice of Erie and Jim Hockenbery (Karen) of Syracuse, N. Y.; her son-in-law Scott Grice of Corry; her siblings, Lynda Mura (Skip) of Syracuse, N. Y., Phyllis Johnson (Stan) of Clymer, N. Y. and Sonny Shields of Corry; and her grandchildren, Erin Irwin (Jimmy), Sara Anderson (Mike), Amy Jennings (Julian), Andrew Hockenbery (Abby), Adam Hockenbery (Tori), Betsy Grinder (Aaron) and Brock Grice (Shaina). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
