Curtis of Columbus and Arlene "Chubby" Knowles Curtis of Columbus; his wife Joanne M. Smith Curtis; his children, Ariel Curtis of Columbus, Jesse Curtis of Dublin, Ty Curtis of Columbus and Parker Curtis of Columbus; his siblings, Anita Johnson (Brad) of Waterford, Carlton Lee Curtis (Laurie) of Columbus and Tim Curtis (Maryl) of Knox; and his mother-in-law Marcelyn White of Sanford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
