She was predeceased by: her parents, George McDannel and Evelyn Larson McDannel Smith. She is survived by: her husband Theodore A. O'Harah; her daughters, Laurie Ploss (Chester) of Corry, Jean O'Harah of North East and Tracy Christensen (Timothy) of Corry; and her siblings, Hilma Titus (Richard) of Daytona Beach, Deborah Ward of Virginia, Doug Smith (Paddi) of Venice, Brian Smith of Palm Bay, Kent Smith of Erie and George McDannel of Erie. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
