She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Sadowski and Lillian Sadowski; and her siblings, Mary Jane Zajac, Thomas Sadowski and Robert Sadowski.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley Zajac; her sons, Stan A. Zajac of Corry, Mark A. Zajac of Warren and Michael L. Zajac of Warren; and her siblings, Eleanor Douglas of Columbus Township, Leona Stino (David) of Columbus Township, Julie Hoffman of Corry and David Sadowski (Barbara) of Corry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
