She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Jewell and Mary Jewell (Johnson) of Corry; and her husband Elwood Peterson. She is survived by: her aunt Ruth; her uncle Kenneth Jewell; her children, Karen Bires (Robert) of Youngsville and Randall Peterson (Janet) of Russell; and her cousin Dorothy Meyer. She is also survived by 2 step-grandchildren, 4 step great-grandchildren, 1 step great-great grandson, many nieces and nephews.
Masks and social distancing will be observed. Burial will follow in Youngsville Cemetery and will be private.
