He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Silvis, Jr. and Eleanor L. Nichols Silvis; his wife Christine Nelson Silvis; and his siblings, Bob Silvis, Harry Silvis, Gary Silvis and Dee Atchley.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Mahaffey (Bobby) of Gallatin, TN, Jeannie Hepler-Brady (Mandy) of Jamestown, NY and Morgan Croscutt (Kristin) of Fairview, PA; his siblings, Chuck, Ralph, Gloria, Karen, Nellie and Alyce; and his grandchildren, Brandi, Dylan, Devin, Dakota and Dustin. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
