She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Carl and Phyllis Catherine Kobusinski (Macey); and her niece Samantha. She is survived by: her husband David John Bernhardt; her children, James Montalvo (Marci) of Corry, Justin Kobusinski of Erie and Sarah Jaskiewicz (Daniel) of Erie; her grandchildren, Isabella, Maci, Mollie, Jayvon, Julius and Jamari; and her siblings, Jodie Balkovic (Eric), Richard Kobusinski (Lisa) and Frank Kobusinski.
