She was predeceased by: her parent Richard L.. She is survived by: her parent Norma J. Hazeltine Bemis; her husband Stephen Kalivoda; her daughter Melissa Liptak (Samuel) of Yukon; and her siblings, Mona Proper of Gastonia, N. C., Alfred Bemis of Union City, David Bemis and Richard Bemis. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
