He was predeceased by: his mother Michelle Cooper Lewis of Corry, PA; and his aunt Kathleen Bemis. He is survived by: his father Jerry Cox, Sr. of Erie, PA.; his daughter Kayla (Collin Lord) of Warren, PA; his siblings, Shonda Winnie of Corry, PA and Joel Taylor of Erie, PA; his granddaughter Addison Lord of Warren, PA.; and his extended family, Donnie, Dustin, Cody, Sasha, Santana Schmoke, Frankie and Lila.
