He was predeceased by: his parent James G. Clapp, Sr.; and his brother Michael S. Clapp. He is survived by: his parent Wanda J. McCray; his siblings, Sue McClellan (Dan) of Columbus and Randy Clapp (Heather) of Corry; and his nieces and nephews, Brian McClellan, Theresa McClellan, Staci Peru (David Sr.), Haley Nicole Redrup and Randall Bruce Clapp. He is also survived by uncle, several grand nieces and nephews and many cousins.
