Jacqueline M. Polach Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline M. Polach of Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 19, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hepler and Margaret Goodard Hepler; her son Ken Vanderhoof Jr.; and her sister Bev Ristau. She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Polach II; her children, Jeannie Hepler-Brady (Mandy), Alisha Vanderhoof (Vince Sweet), Kari Swarm (Polach), Kevin Polach, Joseph Polach III (Naomi) and Chris Polach (Lindsey); and her siblings, Kathy "Kit" Tinko (Bob), Jim Hepler (LouAnn) and Phil Hepler (Elisa Hunt). She is also survived by many grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
