She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Burik Jr.; her sisters, Vera Lawson, Patricia King, Roxcy King, Arla Cook and Floralyn Willis; her daughter Helen Marie Cook of Troutman, N. C.; her niece Pam English; and her nephew James Kibbey.
