She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sperry and Florence Olson Sperry; her brothers, Don and Harry Sperry; and her great grandchild Brady Mosko.

She is survived by: her husband Harris R. Berkhous; her daughter Carol Mosko of Erie; her brother Larry Sperry (Lauren "Susie") of Bradford; and her grandchildren, Michael Mosko, Jennifer Mosko Anderson (Herb), Alan Mosko (Kelly) and Matthew Mosko (Crystal). She is also survived by eight great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
