He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford M. Spence and Ruth Eakin Spence; and his brothers, Michael Spence and Richard E. "Dick" Spence. He is survived by: his son Mark (Kim) of Corry; his granddaughter Mackenzie Harper; his brother Cliff Spence of Oil City; and his sister-in-law Karen Spence.
