He was predeceased by: his parents, John Coulter and Maymie Elder Coulter; his son Daniel Ford; and his sisters, Etta Simmonsen and Edna MacLees.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice A. Loveland; his children, Melissa Kueczynski (Albert) of Waterford, PA, Jen Coulter of Gulfport, MS. and John Coulter (Arlene) of Gerry, NY.; and his siblings, Maxine (Cosmo Pelican) of Corry, PA, Alice Bogert of Elgin, PA, John Coulter of Saltsburg, PA and Merle Coulter (Tracey) of Elgin, PA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
