He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bensink and Lucille Bensink (Carroll); and his sister Beatrice Ann Loftus. He is survived by: his wife Wanita "Jenny" Bensink (Harness); his children, Gary Bensink of Corry, PA and Sheri Bird (Bensink) of Brownville, NY; his granddaughters, Kelsey Bird Posey (Ashton) of Aiken, SC, Hannah Bird Sheveily (Colton) of Columbus, GA, Madison Bird of Lakeland, FL and Macy Bird of Brownville, NY; and his great grandchildren, Kamryn, Graylon Posey, Levi and Maeve Sheveily. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bracken Funeral Home Inc. (315 N Center St, Corry, PA 16407). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
