He is survived by: his wife Penny Bemis Hetrick; his children, J. Renee Lamp (Chris) and Alexander Hetrick (Kristine); and his siblings, Carol Huff (Herbert) of Spring Creek, David Hetrick (Maxine) of Corry, Harold Hetrick (Evelyn) of Pittsfield, Nancy Gibson of Titusville, Judy Wright (Tony) of Grand Valley, Cheryl Hetrick (Louis) of South Carolina, Charlene Dunnewold (Mark) of Clymer, NY. and Carla Fisher (Don) of Spartansburg. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
