She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blair and Mabel Howard Blair; her husband George Moats; and her sister Evelyn Racey. She is survived by: her children, Erie Co, Foamex, Ethen Allen, Corry Contract, Wanda Caylor (Leonard) of Spring Creek, PA, William Moats (Ann) of Corry and David Moats (Annette) of Corry; her sister Pauline Knotts of Davis, WV; and her son Bob Fuller (Jen) of Spring Creek. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family suggest donations be made to the American Cancer Society, Corry Unit, 2115 W. 38th St., Erie, PA 16508.
