She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Sadowski and Lillian Sadowski (Aras); her husband Lafe Douglas; and her siblings, MaryJane Zajac, Louise Zajac, Leona Stino, Thomas, Robert and David Sadowski.
She is survived by: her sister Julia Hoffman of Columbus, PA; and her brothers-in-law, David Stino of Columbus, PA and Stanley Zajac of Bear Lake, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
