He is survived by: his parents, Frank Puckly and Theresa Jean Smith Puckly of Corry; his wife Karen L. Benden Puckly; his daughter Stephanie Biltz (Cory) of York; and his siblings, Francine Mathieson (Dean) of Mendon, MA, Mike Puckly (Chris Cadiz) of South Windsor, CT and Vince Puckly of Corry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
