He was predeceased by: his parents, James Loughner and Roxie Loughner (Woomer). He is survived by: his sisters, Marsha Brown (Frank) of Russell, PA and Denise Stout. He is also survived by one niece and 3 nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any EmergyCare Ambulance Service.
