Donna M. Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2023, at the age of 86, Donna M. Carter of Corry, Pennsylvania, born in Westfield, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Haskin and Bernice Haskin (Smith); her husband Willard "Bill" Carter; her son William Carter; her son-in-law Tom Simmonsen; and her siblings, Virginia Riedesel, Martha Sherman, Onalee Baker and Larry Haskin.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Tinko (Rick) of Corry, PA, Kathy Simmonsen of Corry, PA and Mark Carter (Tina) of Meadville, PA; and her siblings, Patricia Nellis (George), Phyllis Genthner, Judy Hoffman (Dave) and Howard Haskin (Gwen) of Westfield, NY.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
