Donald P. Simmonsen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald P. Simmonsen (Corry, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 23, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Simmonsen and Elsie Thompson Simmonsen; his former wife Etta Coulter Simmonsen; his sons, Ronald Simmonsen, Curtis and Thomas Simmonsen; and his siblings, Shirley Duink, Robert "Bob", Ernest Simmonsen and Gary Simmonsen.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Thomson McEldowney Simmonsen; his sons, Doug Simmonsen of Oakland and Brian Simmonsen of Erie; his stepdaughter Peggy Kubich (Paul) of Corry; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Simmonsen of Corry. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
