He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cox and Ethel Cox (Allen); his brother Howard Cox; and his grandson Josh Cox. He is survived by: his wife Donna Clayton Cox; his children, Susan Yerakes of Jamestown, NY, Laurie Reese (Dan) of Tidioute, PA, David Cox (Ellen) of Clearwater, FL, Tim Cox of Elgin, PA and Ricky Cox of Corry, PA; and his stepson Scott Chaffee (Kimberly) of Karns City, PA. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
