He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Proctor; and his grandparents, Clyde, Martha Yoder (Adams), Lee and Dorothy Proctor (Watrous).
He is survived by: his mother Mary Proctor (Yoder) of Corry; his siblings, Cheryl Proctor-Speas (Kenny Speas) of North Carolina, Randy Proctor (Julie Proctor) of North Carolina and Ed Proctor (John Vigil) of California; his niece Leigh Ann Cochran-Swift (Chris Swift) of North Carolina; and his daughter Additionally. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any mental health or animal charity in honor and memory of Clyde.
