He is survived by: his wife Janice Tuszynski Davis; his children, Rindy Davis of North Carolina, Gina Graves (Troy) of Corry, Milton Swanson of Corry, Joseph Swanson of Corry and Charles Davis Jr. (Shelly) of Corry; his siblings, Lori Rater (Denny) of Spartansburg, Cathy Dietrich (John) of Corry, Diane Lindsey (Harry) of Corry, Delores Shields (Richard) of Tenn, Randy Davis (Sue) of Erie, Jimmy Sadowski (Kelli) of Venango and Robert Davis of Corry; and his grandchildren, Jayleane Lindsey, Kennedy Ledbetter, Kyra Davis, Hallie Graves, Parker Malec and Madisan Davis.
