He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Gloria Amy and Raymond Amy; his wife Joette; his brothers, Raymond "Larry" Amy and Dave Amy (Debra); and his brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Mokwa.
He is survived by: his grandchild Kyle; his children, Nicole, Alicia and Kyle; his daughter-in-law Abbey; his granddaughter Iris Josephine Falby; his siblings, Colleen Rambish (Gary) and Kevin Amy (Sally); and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Amy, Frank Mokwa and Lynn Mokwa (Bev).
